David Veerman

David Veerman's career began with a service-minded grounding that only a family business can instill. His love of property saw him renovate houses, buy and sell blocks of flats and manage a land subdivision before pursuing residential sales and management roles where he gained valuable leadership and negotiation experience.
David completed a Bachelor of Property with Distinction earning the prestigious Australian Property Institute Queensland Prize as he became a registered Valuer with CPV status in 2015. Since then David has provided property valuation advice for various purposes including residential development feasibility, pre-sale and pre-purchase, mortgage security, family law, and financial reporting. While specialising in Brisbane's CBD and eastern suburbs, his work has encompassed the greater Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, and Moreton Bay Regional council areas for special projects and high-volume periods.
David’s commitment to collaboration saw him co-found a successful buyers advocacy service for first home buyers as well as a sellers advocacy service for long term investors. Each year David is invited to present market updates at lender client events. He also takes pride in his mentoring role, having successfully trained a valuation assistant who has recently become a registered Valuer.
David’s combination of sales experience, valuation expertise, leadership and his innovative mindset highlight his ability to identify opportunities and work with you to create value.
Bart Mead

Bart Mead is a distinguished senior executive and innovation leader with over three decades of experience in the global property industry. A graduate of the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Business in Real Property Valuation and Administration, Bart is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. As former Global Head of Capital Markets Group Business Services at JLL, he led teams of 500+ staff across seven countries.
Throughout his career, Bart has demonstrated exceptional leadership in property valuation and advisory services. He served as a CEO or a Global Head for the past 25 years.
Bart's innovation in property technology has been groundbreaking. He pioneered Australia's first Automated Valuation Model (AVM) by a valuation firm, developed comprehensive property databases, and introduced the first virtual inspection product that was subsequently adopted globally by JLL.
His commitment to industry leadership extends to significant board positions. Bart has served as Chair of the Australian Property Institute and holds director positions with Habitat for Humanity Australia. He also chairs Our Lady of the Rosary Financial Council and the Prison Transport Group, demonstrating his dedication to community service alongside his professional achievements.
